An evening prayer
     (To the tune of “Mary young and fair”)

As evening falls within these walls
     We lift our praises to you.

Who through the day have blessed our way
     And showered us with favor.

Holy and mighty King of Glory
     Surround us with your angels.

When night is done, we’ll praise your Son,
     Jesus Christ, our Savior.
