On Saturday we head for Nampula to participate in workshops, seminars and meetings. We’ll be there for nine weeks.
Bouncing down a road in Mozambique is the quickest way to shake your self-confidence. This prayer is about that feeling and where our confidence should be. If you visit the Lingamish site you can see Nampula on the map thing at the bottom. Our route is from Vila Ulongwe into Malawi, through Blantyre, back into Milange and then to Nampula through Mocuba. It is a two-day trip, the second day being about 10-12 hours of driving. Despite more than 120,000 kilometers mostly on dirt roads we have never had an accident and we’ve never been stranded on the side of the road. Thank you, Lord!
Thanks for your prayers.

David, I’m praying for you and the family that your trip to Nampula is uneventful. The pictures on Lingamish give us a real visual picture of the hazards and how to pray. May the Holy Spirit guide you as you travel.
Thanks, Dad. We’re about packed and ready to go. I got fuel and cash. Tomorrow will be pretty easy through Malawi. Then Sunday with friends. Monday is a long bumpy day. We should do it in two but it’s better to just get it out of the way! Love y’all.
