Anybody have a suggestion for tracking comments?

Something quick and not too heavy on processing power (We’re dialing up through a cell phone here folks…)

  1. I haven’t had a chance to check it out yet, but I’ve seen http://commentful.blogflux.com/ in my referral list a few times. They claim:

Commentful is a service that watches comments/follow-ups on Blog posts, Digg submissions, Flickr galleries, and many other types of content. When ever there is an update, i.e a new follow-up, Commentful notifies you instantly.

I use Commentful regularly. It works OK most of the time. Not sure how it will work by cell phone. Give it a try, you have nothing to lose but your phone credits.

  3. David Ker says:

Thanks. I’ve signed up and am trying it now.

  4. David Ker says:

Not impressed. co.mments is much faster for a low-bandwidth situation.

isn’t there a feature on wordpress on your dashboard “comments” under which is “my comments”?

  6. David Ker says:

I mentioned My Comments above but it doesn’t help with all the people using Booger.

I also drop feeds into the Sage sidebar on FireFox for those that I check a lot.
