Elisha as Flawed Super-Hero: The Advantages of a Unitive Reading of Scripture

Thanks to JK, James, Bob and others for a great conversation in the various threads tying these posts together.

I desperately wanted to work on a hippo project this weekend but there was no time. Maybe next weekend… (um, nope)

I did start working on a novel that shrunk to a short story that shrunk to mental plot musings…

For music I started Sunday with Mussorgsky and then went off to church and heard the whole spectrum of Nyanja church music, from sublime to eerie to obnoxious keyboard. Hilary and I did some jamming to oldie goldie Hosanna/Integrity tunes in the afternoon. That music sounds so corny now but at least they sang Scripture unlike this E5/A2sus hippie-trance music that people are cranking out these days. Best song of the day was Taj Mahal singing Cakewalk into Town.
