Boss RC-2 Loop Station

These are two different loops I made fooling around with my new Boss RC-2. The music itself is inspired by the recent spate of posts in the blogosphere about the best way to translate Luke 2:14.

This first sample is definitely the funkier of the two. It features me making various weird noises with my voice, the guitar, a shaker and some snapping. My daughter, Ellie, can be heard briefly in the background.

This second sample has a full "translation" of Luke 2:14: "Glory to God in the highest. And peace to his people on earth."

Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.

Note: I’m having trouble with the audio player on my blog so for the time being I’ll just put the links to the files here. Um, it’s seems to work now. Grrr.
