I’d say I did about 75% of it. She is responsible for “Tin pie perspiring” which is one of my favorites.
Very nice. Ladle Rat Rotten Hut is one of my favorite stories ever (well, after classics like O. Henry’s The Gift of the Magi, which I just cried my way through again this year).
We learned part of it in my very first linguistics class ever, and it made the lesson about the value of correct intonation go very very deep. I printed the story out a couple of months ago for M. and had fun reciting it again.
