I could get used to this life
Categories: Culture

There’s something just plain right about walking out of the house early in the morning feeling all groggy and waking up with a bica dupla at a sidewalk cafe. You can just sit there without feeling it necessary to do anything spiritual like read your Bible (something that I always try to do early in the morning but my eyes don’t cooperate). I like watching the shoeshine man, and the ladies walking by in impossible heels, and the little boys playing sidewalk football.

I could get used to living in Maputo.
